Classroom courses
- Registration and admission fees are non-refundable.
- If a batch is cancelled by the institute, the full course fee paid for that batch will be refunded or adjusted against another batch.
Online courses
- Refund requests for paid online courses may be raised within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course has been completed.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
